
Fabrika duhana Sarajevo (FDS) increased its ownership stake in Vakufska Banka by an additional 6.2 percent after a tender offer on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE). This increased FDS's ownership stake in this issuer to 54.2 percent, reports the BiH news agency Patria.
Five shareholders with a total of 27,061 shares or 6.2052 percent accepted the tender offer for the remaining shares of Vakufska Banka. According to the report on the completed tender offer published on SASE, the price per share was 18 KM.
In the structure of the bank's share capital, private capital participates with 97.4%, of which 79.72% of the capital is owned by domestic legal and natural persons, and 17.64% of the capital is foreign capital. The remaining capital (2.64%) represents state capital, according to the Vakufska Banka website.
