FDS started dividend payment to shareholders

Fabrika duhana Sarajevo (FDS), as the BH news agency Patria learns, began paying dividends to the company's shareholders on Wednesday afternoon from the profit generated in 2012.

Incidentally, the dividend payment was delayed, which the Patria agency warned about yesterday, although the company's Assembly gave the green light for the payment.

The total amount to be paid to shareholders is close to 4.5 million KM, and shareholders feared that the money was used for other purposes.

- Of these 4.5 million, 1.8 million belongs to the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but they have not commented so far, nor have they requested their money, and in the meantime, they are borrowing and barely making ends meet - says our source.

We remind you that FDS received permission from the Securities Commission to trade shares, and they probably bought or will buy shares of Asim Sarajlić, which he holds in Zijad Blekić's brokerage house "Eurohaus". The value of Sarajlić's shares is 25,000 KM, as stated in Sarajlić's asset declaration.

As our source stated, Sarajlić wants to get rid of the shares because he would be in a conflict of interest due to some executive function.

- That is why FDS received permission from Hasan Ćelama, president of the Securities Commission, to trade shares - adds our source.

Incidentally, FDS also bought UNIS shares, which shocked small shareholders, as they will not benefit from them.

- Well, that's a crime. Edin Mulahasanović, director of FDS, is a member of the Supervisory Board of UNIS, and that is obviously the only reason why UNIS shares were traded. Unprecedented crime is happening around us, and no one is doing anything - added our interlocutor.
