Faruk Kapidžić new president of KO SDA Sarajevo

(Patria) - Faruk Kapidžić was elected as the new president of the Cantonal Organization (KO) of SDA Sarajevo by a unanimous decision of the delegates of the Electoral Assembly.

Kapidžić was born in 1971 in Sarajevo, where he completed primary and secondary school, and the Faculty of Architecture.

During the aggression against Bosnia and Herzegovina, he was a member of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Since 1996, he has been working at the company ADS studio. From March 2020 to January 2021, he held the position of Minister of Spatial Planning, Construction, and Environmental Protection of KS.

By the decision of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kapidžić became one of the three members of the Commission for the Preservation of National Monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina in February 2021.

Mahir Dević, Migdad Hasanović, Senahid Godinjak, and Haris Alihodžić were elected as vice-presidents of the Cantonal Organization of SDA Sarajevo at today's session.

The new convocation of the Executive Board of the Cantonal Organization of SDA Sarajevo was also elected at the Electoral Assembly.
