OSLO, (Patria) - The European Court of Human Rights has rejected an appeal by Norwegian mass murderer Anders Breivik concerning “inhuman and degrading prison conditions”, BHRT reports.
- It was determined that Breivik did not substantiate his claims of violations of the Convention on Human Rights, so the appeal was dismissed as unfounded - the court stated.
Breivik, who changed his name to Fjotolf Hansen, killed 77 people in a bomb attack in Oslo and a shooting spree on the island of Utøya in 2011.
He has repeatedly complained that the living conditions in his cell, which consists of three rooms, are inhuman.
