Economic and Social Council for the FBiH Territory Supports FBiH Government's Proposed Measures

SARAJevo, (Patria) - The Economic and Social Council for the FBiH Territory supported the FBiH Government's proposed measures for economic stabilization and recovery from the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic at today's session.

The government's proposed measures include the establishment of a special fund for economic stabilization, the establishment of a guarantee fund, the introduction of a moratorium on loan repayments, and the introduction of credit lines for the economy, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, the FBiH Government announced.

The Economic and Social Council proposed that the FBiH Government consider all proposals from social partners presented at today's session when adopting the measures.

The Economic and Social Council for the FBiH Territory decided to form a Working Group, which will include two representatives from each social partner. The task of this body will be to monitor the implementation of the measures and the situation caused by the emergence and spread of the coronavirus.
