Esma Voloder ambassador of Sarajevo Winter

Director of Sarajevo Winter Ibrahim Spahić announced that the Festival Directorate has chosen Esma Voloder as the Ambassador of the XXXIV International Festival Sarajevo Winter 2018.

The motto of Sarajevo Winter, The Other Face of the World, bears witness in a unique way to the values of heritage and the future of contemporary art.

- To the creative and educated, talented and wonderful Esma, planet Earth is like a Bosnian garden where rose petals make fragrant necklaces - stated Spahić, emphasizing that the upcoming Sarajevo Winter will be marked by top achievements of artists, promotion of Bosnian-Herzegovinian tourism, and the winter idyll of the City and the Olympic mountains.

Esma Voloder accepted the nomination for Ambassador of Sarajevo Winter, stating that she is honored to represent Sarajevo Winter and will participate in the Festival's opening ceremony.

The first Ambassador of Sarajevo Winter was pianist Irena Koblar.
