Sarajevo, (Patria) - Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Gabriel Escobar met with the High Representative in BiH Christian Schmidt.
The need to protect the Dayton Peace Agreement and greater functionality in BiH was emphasized.
During his visit to BiH, Escobar held a series of meetings and left open the possibility of using sanctions if the unilateral withdrawal of RS competencies from state institutions continues.
