(Patria) - After information was published in the media today that Elektroprivreda BiH (EPBiH) awarded a contract for physical and technical security of facilities, worth 14 million KM, to a consortium that includes the company Condor, owned by the wife of Minister Rama Isak, EPBiH also issued a statement.
"JP Elektroprivreda BiH, in accordance with the conducted tender procedure, selected the best bidder for physical and technical security services. The selected Consortium consists of the following companies: SOKO BiH d.o.o. Tuzla, Agencija SEC One d.o.o. Sarajevo, Flek d.o.o. Tuzla, Agencija za tehničku i fizičku zaštitu Middle Point Electronics d.o.o. Sarajevo, Pobjeda - Sigurnost d.o.o. Goražde and Condor d.o.o. Zenica.
JP Elektroprivreda BiH has been applying this procurement concept for the subject service since 2012.
The company Condor d.o.o. Zenica, along with several other companies that are apparently not of interest to the public, has been a participant in all publications of the Tender Documentation of JP Elektroprivreda BiH for physical/technical security services for people and property, while some members of the Consortium have changed over the years.
The procurement of the mentioned service is a legally prescribed obligation," stated EPBiH.
