Elmir Jahić definitively acquitted

(Patria) - The indictment of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Tuzla Canton against Elmir Jahić was dismissed after a retrial.

By the first-instance non-final verdict of the Municipal Court in Gračanica, file number 27 0K 032204 17 K of November 28, 2018, Elmir Jahić was conditionally convicted.

By the decision of the Cantonal Court in Tuzla of September 30, 2019, the verdict of the Municipal Court in Gračanica was annulled and the case was returned for retrial.

In the retrial, by the verdict of the Municipal Court in Gračanica of November 4, 2019, the indictment was dismissed.

By the verdict of the Cantonal Court in Tuzla of June 4, 2020, the verdict of the Municipal Court in Gračanica, by which the indictment was dismissed, was confirmed.
