SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The basketball team of Bosnia and Herzegovina plays a match in the third round of qualifications for the World Championship on Friday, and coach Duško Vujošević is facing a big problem.
Namely, one of the key national team players, Elmedin Kikanović, got injured, so he will not be able to play against Belgium, SCSport reports.
- We are worried because Kikanović got injured. He felt pain in his calf, so he will not play against Belgium. This is a great loss. We are not making any excuses, but we have an obligation to make this absence felt as little as possible - said Vujošević.
The match will be played on Friday in Skenderija starting at 8 PM.
