Sarajevo footballers have been preparing for ten days at the club's permanent base in Herzegovina, Hotel Brotnjo - Čitluk, reports the Patria news agency.
Sarajevo fitness coach Almir Seferović says that all players are working hard and giving their maximum in training.
- We have no problems in the training process. We have raised physical fitness to a higher level, and what pleases us most is that we have no injured players, which is very important for this period - said Seferović, also commenting on the condition of the players at the very start of the preparations.
- We have been in Čitluk for ten days now, and we started this cycle from the point the players had reached. I must point out that the guys arrived in a satisfactory condition, that is, they fully respected the work plan and program for the break period.
Our excellent striker, Ševko Okić, did not train in the past few days. The reason was an injury, from which he successfully recovered, after which he returned to the field.
"Everything is fine. I am training without any problems, no pain," Okić briefly commented.
The Sarajevo footballers, coaching staff and medical team will remain at the preparations in Čitluk until Thursday, January 29, when their return to Sarajevo is scheduled.
At the beginning of February, the Bordeaux boys will travel to preparations in Antalya, where four friendly matches will be played.
