Efendić: By removing the KS Government, the Troika is harming itself; there will be more changes by the end of the mandate

(Patria) - President of the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina Semir Efendić was a guest on Jutro za sve, and spoke about the reconstruction of the KS Government in which there is no longer a place for SBiH.

"This is not damage for the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina, I think it is greater damage for the KS Government. Instead of focusing on work and solving problems, a year was lost in talks about reconstruction. They have no concrete objection to the ministers' work; this is a decision of the Troika parties. I think they have caused political harm to themselves; making a decision to be in a coalition with several individuals, I think it is not a good decision," said Efendić.

He said that such a situation already exists in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as seen from the division of positions and appointments.

He said it is about the Troika's desire to keep their directors and that they do not want to change anything.

"We specifically sought the minister of communal economy and wanted to solve problems. Minister Bečarević was completely blocked; directors of public utility companies received instructions not to cooperate with him on the orders of their political bosses. Imagine a minister not knowing who the director of KJKP Rad is. In Sarajevo, a distorted system has been established where real power belongs to the directors," said Efendić, stating that there will be more changes in the KS Government by the end of the mandate.

When asked who is leading the processes in KS, Efendić said it is the leaders of the Troika along with several individuals.

The President of SBiH believes that Minister Bečarević also caused annoyance due to his warnings to the state authorities about the Eastern Interconnection.

"The fact that he reacted to developments in the gas sector angered the Troika. Elmedin Konaković has been a participant in changes of at least five governments. I am more certain that this will not be the last reconstruction. It is more likely that it will fall apart. The principle of trade by which it was made now cannot be sustained," said Efendić.

He added that in the Sarajevo Canton there are numerous problems in healthcare and transportation, and that even the new government will not deliver results.

When asked whether Bosnia and Herzegovina will be in a stalemate until the next elections, he said that everything they had warned about has happened, and that is why they gave up entering the state government, and that they advocated for talks with the opposition in the RS instead of with Milorad Dodik.

Efendić said that SBiH and DF will, on every occasion in the House of Peoples, stop harmful laws.

"If it happens with the Election Law and state property, the same will be the case; there will be no quorum because colleagues from SDA will also join. It is good that this mechanism exists," said Efendić.
