Efendić: SDP is weakening the Bosniak political factor and the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina

(Patria) - Semir Efendić, president of the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina and mayor of Novi Grad Sarajevo Municipality, analyzed the current political situation in our country on Hayat's show '7Plus.

Earlier, he stated that the SDP is working to weaken and fight against Bosniaks as a political factor.

This is an analysis of the existing situation in BiH. The state is in a difficult condition. A weak state of BiH means a weak Bosniak political factor, and the SDP has been working on this weakening for years - Efendić said.

Earlier, Vojin Mijatović, Deputy Prime Minister of the Federation, filed an appeal regarding the election of the leadership of Novi Grad Municipality, and the appeal was accepted, which did not surprise Efendić.

Mijatović has long announced a showdown with Novi Grad Municipality. Our country has a constitutional order and guarantees the participation of the three constituent peoples. The fact is that Bosniaks have their places in the constitutional system of BiH. The SDP would wish it were not so. In the main state institutions, Bosniaks have been almost 'swept away'. Everything that represented the strength of BiH has been ceded - Efendić said.

Efendić also commented on the SDP's claims that they are not fighting for equality but for a 'fildžanistan' (a small cup of coffee state).

The story about 'fildžanistan' is Karadžić's rhetoric. Greater Serbian. No one wanted anything like that. It's nonsense and the accusations are insane. It speaks to their closeness with Serbia because they share the same narrative – he pointed out.

Efendić sees the fact that the Bosanska Gradiška border crossing is not open as the tip of the iceberg.

The Prime Minister of the FBiH, Nermin Nikšić, represents other policies and is on the side of HDZ and SNSD. It shows that he serves the side of politics that does not work for BiH. We asked for a Council of Ministers without Milorad Dodik, but the Trojka did not want that. They were persuaded and blackmailed by Dragan Čović to enter the Council of Ministers with him. Everything we are seeing now is a consequence of their desire for power - he said.

The decision of the Croatian Parliament to adopt the law on the construction of a radioactive waste disposal facility at Trgovska Gora has opened one of the most serious security and environmental issues in the region.

Only Elmedin Konaković still believes in Croatia's good intentions, praising Plenković while mocking BiH and its citizens. And when the landslide happened, Croatia never allowed the Una railway to be rebuilt. It would mean a lot for the economy and tourism, but that is their attitude towards BiH - he added.
