Efendić: Dodik tests the possibility of secession, no one can stop him because the Troika handed over the security sector to the SNSD

(Patria) - Although the Dayton Constitution guarantees the free movement of goods, capital and persons and that no entity will exercise any control at the border between entities, the Troika's partner Milorad Dodik, whom they chose as a partner when forming the state government despite all reasoned warnings not to do so, today for the first time since the signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement is testing a blockade of the entity border.

This was stated by the President of the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Semir Efendić, regarding the announced gatherings at the entity lines in support of Dodik.

"This blockade is unconstitutional and illegal, but state authorities will not prevent it because both the Ministry of Security and state security agencies are under the control of Milorad Dodik. So, this is a practical testing of the secession of one entity on the ground. International circumstances are probably not yet ripe for that, but domestic ones clearly are, with the Troika that has handed everything over to Dodik and begun disarming barracks in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Until recently, there was a chance that his entity would face financial collapse due to the policies he pursued, but by placing all finances in the country under his control, that will not happen. But dawn will not break before the night, neither for Dodik nor for the State. Some events must obviously happen for everyone to understand everything," Efendić stated.

Along with the reaction, he also published an APPENDIX, i.e., the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Article 1, Paragraph 4:

Movement of goods, services, capital and persons

There is freedom of movement throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Bosnia and Herzegovina and the entities shall not impede full freedom of movement of persons, goods, services and capital throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. No entity shall exercise any control at the border between entities.
