Džumhur against Zverev in the toughest test of his career

The best BH tennis player Damir Džumhur is playing one of the most important matches of his career today at the ATP tournament in the Chinese city of Shenzhen, writes Patria agency.

In the quarter-final duel, Damir will measure forces with the world's fourth-ranked player Alexander Zverev, whom tennis experts consider the successor to Roger Federer.

Džumhur has played against the world's greatest players Federer, Nadal, Berdych in his career, but today's duel against Zverev is perhaps the biggest obstacle Džumhur has faced.

The match against the brilliant Zverev comes at a time when Džumhur is in the best form of his career, just five days after winning his first career title and reaching the top 50 world players.

The match against Zverev is not an ordinary match, but a kind of maturity test for the best tennis player from BiH.

In case of victory and placement in the tournament semi-finals, Džumhur should be at least the 36th player in the world from next Monday, and perhaps ranked higher depending on his final placement and the results of players currently ahead of him.
