Džonlagić: Schmidt realized that some would draw election results through the law

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Secretary General of DF and Federal Representative Dženan Đonlagić considers it positive that the High Representative in BiH has realized that some politicians would suspend the will of the citizens through the election law.

The High Representative in BiH's address today, where he says, "I must say that I get the impression that some want to embed in the Constitution what the election results will be. That is not democratic, because the citizens of BiH decide on that.".

This confirms, for who knows what time, the wrong and perverse policy of HDZ, led by Dragan Čović, who wants the amendments to the election law to state that only HDZ members can be elected and sit in the institutions of the state apparatus. 

I fully support the thesis that citizens decide on election results, not the norms of the election law!

We have always argued that citizens go to the polls, not ethnic groups.

Mr. Schmidt emphasized this very accurately, correctly, and properly in his address today.
