Jonathan Moore from Sarajevo begins regional tour

Director of the US State Department for Southern and Central Europe Jonathan Moore will be in the region for the next few days, including Bosnia and Herzegovina, the BH news agency Patria (NAP) has learned from well-informed sources. Unofficially, Moore is expected to land in Sarajevo today, NAP has learned.

Moore, who is expected to take up a new position in BiH as Head of the OSCE Mission in September, as we previously announced, is now arriving from his high-ranking position at the State Department.

Moore is expected to hold talks in Sarajevo with top state officials and some party leaders on the current situation. He will stay in the entire region for several days, as we have learned. This high-ranking official from Washington previously served as Deputy Ambassador in Sarajevo and is very familiar with the relations in the region, NAP reports.
