Dževad Mahmutović issued a misdemeanor warrant for insulting police officers

(Patria) - Police officers of the Banja Luka Police Administration today issued a misdemeanor warrant to Dževad Mahmutović, delegate in the Bosniak Club of the Council of Peoples of the RS, for committing a misdemeanor under Article 8 of the Law on Public Order and Peace.

"The said person reported today that in the premises of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska, a person identified as Ž.M. directed verbal threats at him.

Police officers arrived at the scene, during which the person DŽ.M. insulted the police officers who were acting on the report.

The duty judge of the Basic Court in Banja Luka - Misdemeanor Department was informed about this.

Police officers of the Banja Luka Police Administration are taking necessary measures and actions to establish all facts and circumstances of the report filed by person DŽ.M. against person Ž.M. from Banja Luka," the Banja Luka police stated in a press release.
