Džaferović requested a one-hour break: No deputies from RS, meeting of the expanded Collegium underway

The session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina began despite the fact that there are no deputies from the Republika Srpska in the hall, Patria reports.

Šefik Džaferović, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the PSBiH, opened the session. We remind you that Mladen Bosić yesterday requested the postponement of the session. Incidentally, the Parliament has a quorum for discussion, but not for decision-making.

Džaferović pointed out that 26 deputies are present at the session, one from the RS (Sadik Ahmetović).

- We will take a one-hour break and schedule a meeting of the expanded Collegium - said Džaferović.

Namely, Bosić requested at the session of the Collegium of the House of Representatives that the session of that house scheduled for today be postponed until an official decision on the revision of the judgment in the lawsuit of BiH against Serbia is made.

He called the current situation a constitutional crisis, stating that he believes institutions are behaving unconstitutionally, given that individuals, not institutions, decide on the revision.
