Džaferović spoke with Schmidt about the functionality of BiH

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Šefik Džaferović spoke by phone with the candidate for the new High Representative of the international community in Bosnia and
Herzegovina Christian Schmidt. They discussed the current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with an emphasis on the functionality of BiH institutions and progress on BiH's European and NATO path. 
 
Member of the BiH Presidency Džaferović emphasized the importance of the OHR's role according to the Dayton Peace Agreement, according to which Bosnia and Herzegovina, due to the possibility of blockades, needs stronger support from the international community through coordinated action between Washington and Brussels.

Schmidt spoke with Milorad Dodik, Chairman of the Presidency of BiH, yesterday. Dodik told Schmidt that he advocates for the closure of the OHR.
