Džaferović: Those who want to enter the Council of Ministers must commit to the rule of law

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina can be formed immediately, but the parties that wish to participate in the government at the state level must be committed to the rule of law, said today in Sarajevo the member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Vice President of the SDA Šefik Džaferović, ahead of the start of the session of the Main Board of the SDA. 

Džaferović says that this also applies to the Law on Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Foreign Policy Strategy from 2018, and the decisions of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina from 2009, according to which Bosnia and Herzegovina applied for the Membership Action Plan in NATO. 

He believes that a way should be found to send the first Annual National Defense Plan and that immediately after that, the appointment of Zoran Tegeltija as Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina should be approved.

Regarding the "Salafi" affair, Džaferović says that the Presidency received information from the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but that it is confidential and he cannot speak more about it. 

"The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina will discuss this information and, based on what we establish as facts, we will act as the collective head of state," stated Džaferović.
