Džaferović: People attacking state property are counting on the factor of fatigue

(Patria) - The public RTV broadcasting system in BiH and services regulated by the relevant laws of BiH must function and the law must be fully respected, stated the delegate in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament Šefik Džaferović for BHRT.

Džaferović says there is no alternative but to be persistent in respecting existing laws.

- I know that due to years of obstruction coming from the entity of Rs, and then obstruction from a part of BiH when it comes to paying the subscription fee where HDZ is in power, there are huge problems, but believe me, there is no alternative but to persist in respecting existing laws - emphasizes Džaferović.

Speaking about the protection of state property, which is subject to a ban on use, he said that people who attack it and prevent it from being registered as state property are precisely counting on the factor of fatigue.

- That by massively disregarding the decisions of the Constitutional Court, disregarding the fact that the state of BiH is the owner of state property - and at the same time life goes on and there is a need for economic development, for broadcasting programs - these people who are right and who are on the side of the law will start to give in.

So, that is the logic of those who obstruct. We must not give in, we must find ways for all of this to function, not to yield to these destructive forces, because otherwise we will move in the completely opposite direction - says Džaferović, adding that "the policy is to completely crush the Constitution".

- So, not electing a judge is a violation of the Constitution, not respecting decisions is a violation of the Constitution, and then our people from Trojka, in order to get that Growth Plan and those funds, say - well, let's delete that.

Agreeing to delete it and not get the funds is a disaster. It would have been better if they hadn't agreed, if they hadn't sent anything, they still wouldn't have received the funds. So, the funds would not have come anyway until what the European Commission demands from Bosnia and Herzegovina is done - Džaferović stated.
