(Patria) - MP Vedrana Vujović of the Democratic Front in the KS Assembly sent a request on 11 September to the Chair of the KS Assembly, Elvedin Okerić, asking for information on when he plans to schedule a new regular session of the KS Assembly, and what percentage of the KS Assembly's 2025 Work Programme has been implemented so far.
Vujović reminds that the last 24th working session began on 15 July and has not been concluded, and that the 19th working session, which started in December, has still not been completed.
"The KS Assembly is a representative legislative body, and as an MP I expect you to organise the work of the Assembly adequately and in a timely manner. Our task is not only to fulfil the programme content, nor to be a pass-through boiler for the Government, but also to discuss all current topics within the competence of the Sarajevo Canton, especially including the financial challenges facing our budget.
Unfortunately, the current dynamics of the Assembly's work suggest that we convene only when you find free time between holidays and hiring, that is, when you secure the necessary support in the form of 18 hands," Vujović stated.
