SARAJevo, (Patria) - Chinese foundations "Fosun Foundation" and "Cancer Foundation" have provided aid to the residents of BiH to combat Covid-19.
The Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina handed over the donation from "Fosun Foundation", consisting of PCR kits, to: the Veterinary Faculty in Sarajevo in the total amount of: 2827 tests; the Institute of Public Health of Republika Srpska in the amount of: 1733 tests; and the Public Health Department of Brčko District in the amount of 240 tests. This donation was handed over on August 12.
The total value of the donation is 34,000 US dollars.
The second donation was handed over on September 4 and was delivered to BiH by the "Cancer Foundation". Combo IgM/IgG rapid tests were provided to the residents of BiH.
The donation was distributed according to the following ratio: the Institute of Public Health of the Federation of BiH with the amount of: 2945 pieces; the Institute of Public Health of Republika Srpska in the amount of 1805 pieces; and the Public Health Department of Brčko District 250 pieces.
The value of this donation is 70,000 US dollars.
This donation for the residents of BiH was secured by foundations of the People's Republic of China and represents another in a series of previous aids to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the fight against the dangerous virus.
