22nd Birthday of the 105th Motorized Brigade of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina

On the occasion of February 18th, the Day of the 105th Motorized Brigade of the Army of the RBiH, which celebrates its 22nd birthday this year, delegations from the Centar Municipality and veteran associations will lay flowers on memorial monuments on Wednesday, February 18th.

At 9 AM at the Alipašina Mosque cemetery, at 9:30 AM at the Kovači Martyrs' Cemetery and Alija Izetbegović's grave, at 10 AM at the Monument to the Murdered Children of Besieged Sarajevo, at 10:30 AM at the Sveti Marko and Sveti Josip cemeteries, at 11 AM at the Lav cemetery, and at 11:30 AM at the Blekin Potok memorial, reports the Patria news agency.

On the same day at 1 PM, a ceremonial session of the Centar Municipal Council will be held in the large hall of the Centar Municipality.

The ceremonial gathering will be addressed by the President of the Centar Municipal Council Nedžad Ajnadžić, the Mayor of the Centar Municipality Dževad Bećirević, the Chief of Staff of the 105th Brigade Hasan Alić, and other guests. At the session, elementary school students – authors of three award-winning literary works about the 105th Motorized Brigade – will read their works.

At 2 PM in the large hall of the Centar Municipality, a promotion of the book by a group of authors, "Healthcare in Besieged Sarajevo '92-'95," will also be held.

After the book promotion, representatives of the Municipality will present symbolic monetary donations to 60 families of members of the 105th Brigade in the large hall of the Centar Municipality.
