BANJA LUKA, (Patria) - Since the last report on the epidemiological situation in the Republic of Srpska published last night, laboratory analysis of samples at the Institute of Public Health of the Republic of Srpska has confirmed the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) in two more persons in the Republic of Srpska.
As stated on the website of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of the RS, these are one male and one female person of younger age from Banja Luka. They are in home isolation and under the supervision of epidemiologists.
In the Republic of Srpska, 29 cases positive for the new coronavirus have been confirmed so far. (Banja Luka 23, Čelinac 2, Laktaši 1, Srbac 1, Prnjavor 1, and Modriča 1 (sample from Doboj)).
All persons are in stable health condition. Currently, in the Republic of Srpska, 6,180 persons who have arrived from areas affected by the SARS-CoV-2 virus are under health surveillance.
A total of 235 persons have been released from health surveillance. Also, currently, 13 persons are in isolation at the University Clinical Center of the Republic of Srpska (three persons positive for the coronavirus test and 10 persons in isolation).
So far, a total of 55 persons have been released from hospital isolation at the University Clinical Center of the Republic of Srpska.
