Duraković: Dodik's expensive poll has no legal significance

All polling stations for the referendum on the Day of Republika Srpska were opened this morning in the municipality of Srebrenica exactly at seven o'clock, and as Ćamil Duraković, the mayor of Srebrenica municipality, told Patria, this day is the same as any other for Bosniaks.

- We are spending our Sunday normally, drinking coffee, and we are not interested in the referendum, or rather, the poll, as I would call it – Duraković says.

He points out that this referendum is a product of the savage policy and arbitrariness of Milorad Dodik, who compromises himself and all citizens who follow him with this act.

- This poll will be very expensive for all citizens, because 1.4 million KM is a large sum of money for an entity that is on the verge of financial collapse. So, to conclude. The results of this referendum are also not important, because the Constitutional Court's decision is clear, everything will have to be returned to the institutions again in order to reach a final solution – Duraković points out.
