Duraković on Intentions of Creating 'Bošnjakistan' or 'Fildžanistan' in BiH

(Patria) - The governments in Belgrade and Zagreb are pursuing an aggressive policy towards BiH, claims academician Esad Duraković. He adds that there are also internal and international factors that pretend not to see this. The International Community, he claims, agrees to the partition of BiH, in such a way that parts of BiH would be annexed to neighboring Serbia and Croatia, leaving behind, as Duraković says, something that is disastrous for both Europe and Bosniaks - "Bošnjakistan" or "Fildžanistan".

“The so-called leaders who have no right to that honorary title. Čović, Dodik, even Bakir did not distinguish himself, and we can speak of him in a special way, are the contractors in BiH of those policies from Belgrade and Zagreb,” said Duraković.

The interlocutor of N1 adds that if the International Community were to act effectively on the governments in Serbia and Croatia by cutting off funds, donations, and finances, then, states Duraković, “the contractors would drift out to sea or sink beneath the surface.”

Duraković says he no longer believes in the EU because it is preoccupied with itself.

“I no longer believe in the future of the EU because it is clearly cracking at the seams, the right wing is strengthening within it. I think that both Serbia and Croatia have strong lobbying centers, invest heavily in lobbies around the world, pay people to lobby against BiH, and a large part of the international community agrees with this aspiration of Tudjmanist and Miloševićist Croatia and Serbia to divide BiH between those two countries and leave behind, as they say, ‘Fildžanistan,’ ‘Bošnjakistan,’ call it what you will, which is disastrous for both Europe and Bosniaks,” stated the academician.

The essence, says Duraković, is that BiH has a Muslim majority, and as Biden, the US president, said during the nineties “if there were no Muslims in BiH, we would react completely differently.”

“This is confirmed by Orbanism and Dodikism, if I may say so. Bosniaks are guilty because they are Muslims, the goal is to divide, to displace them, etc.,” concluded Duraković.
