Dunović visits Minister of Interior of TK Alen Gadžo

Vice President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milan Dunović visited today the Minister of Interior of Tuzla Canton Alen Gadžo, expressing full support and congratulating him on his professional work so far in accordance with the law, in combating crime and corruption in Tuzla Canton. The Vice President considers it regrettable "that we have come to a situation where our lawful work is being criticized and questioned," reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

- I came to give you support as Vice President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and I want you to know that I support your professional work in combating crime and corruption in Tuzla Canton. I want to take this opportunity to thank you on behalf of all citizens of the Federation, because it is the task of all of us, according to the Constitution of the Federation and the oath we have taken, to work in accordance with the law and for the benefit of the citizens of this country. As you know, the Democratic Front yesterday rejected the proposal of the Prime Minister of TK regarding your dismissal, which is in line with the program principles of the Democratic Front, which, among other things, promised all citizens the fight against corruption and crime in our country - emphasized Vice President Dunović.

The Minister of Interior of TK, Alen Gadžo, thanked for the support and emphasized that he will not withdraw and that he will continue to perform his duties in accordance with the law, despite being subjected to many pressures from all sides.

- In this situation, I am not thinking about what will happen to me and the position I hold. I took on this job to do something for the citizens and children of this country. I am not afraid of anyone's threats or intentions. I want to awaken awareness in people and tell them not to allow Tuzla Canton to continue to deteriorate and be a hostage in the hands of individuals, criminals - emphasized the Minister of Interior of Tuzla Canton.
