Đukanović's party expects victory

(Patria) - The "For the Future of Montenegro" coalition, gathered around the opposition Democratic Front, which is opposed to Milo Đukanović, immediately after the first unofficial results, practically declared the fall of the current government.

"Regardless of everything we have been through because of the rhetoric that aimed at reducing turnout - it is around 77 percent, and that means the regime has fallen," said Zdravko Krivokapić.

He called on citizens to stay home and traditionally celebrate the victory with friends and family.

On the other hand, the numbers show that Milo Đukanović's DPS has the largest number of votes won, but it is also a fact that the main opposition is breathing down its neck.

"The turnout percentage is as expected, and it seems to me that it is around 76 percent in the end, we prepared for that turnout and we expect victory," said Miloš Nikolić, spokesperson for DPS for RTCG.
