(Patria) - Vehicle traffic has increased, especially on the exits from larger urban areas. We ask all road users to be as cautious as possible and to obey traffic regulations. Short delays occur on sections where repair works are being carried out and where traffic is regulated by temporary signage.
Long queues of passenger vehicles in both directions are present at the Gradiška border crossing. At the crossings: Velika Kladuša, Gradina, Kostajnica, Orašje, and Šepak, there are queues of vehicles entering our country, and at the Kozarska Dubica crossing, there is increased vehicle traffic exiting our country. At other border crossings, waiting times for passenger vehicles do not exceed 30 minutes.
Due to the registration of passengers under the new European Union Entry/Exit System (EES), longer delays at border crossings are possible.
Due to significant damage, the Tuzla-Bijeljina main road (at Banj Brdo) is closed to all vehicles.
Movement of all vehicles across the bridge on the Dobro Polje-Miljevina main road is prohibited. Vehicles with a total weight of up to 3.5 tons can use the roads via Grepak or Kalinovik (there is 19 km of gravel road), while trucks must use the route via Rogatica and Ustiprača.
Traffic is slow and single-lane on the Zvornik-Priboj regional road (in the village of Goduš).
Due to road surface repair works on the A-1 Kakanj-Lašva motorway section, the left side of the motorway is closed for a length of 3 km. During the works, traffic is directed in both directions on the right side, direction Lašva-Kakanj.
Due to regular servicing of the Vis, 25. Novembar, and Grab tunnels on the A-1 motorway, the Lepenica-Tarčin section is closed. During the works, traffic is directed in both directions on the opposite side of the motorway.
Due to necessary works on the A-1 motorway sections: Počitelj-Bijača, Sarajevo sjever-Podlugovi, and Sarajevo zapad-Lepenica, traffic is redirected to the overtaking lane.
Due to repair works on expansion joints on the bridge on the M-17 Konjic-Tarčin main road (before the Bradina tunnel), traffic is redirected from the driving lane to the overtaking lane.
Traffic is permitted for vehicles up to 3.5 tons on the Jablanica-Blidinje main road, while traffic for vehicles over 3.5 tons remains suspended.
The Brčko border crossing is open for passenger vehicles up to 3.5 tons. As of December 2, 2025, the Karakaj border crossing is open for all vehicle categories. Traffic for all trucks is prohibited at the Šepak border crossing.
