Deep analysis of BH Telecom and HT Eronet remains secret

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Government of FBiH accepted the information on completed activities regarding the deep analysis (Due Diligence) of telecom operators with state capital of FBiH.

The General Secretariat of the Government of FBiH is tasked with storing the deep analysis reports, and as concluded today, the Government of FBiH will, given the confidentiality of the data, hold a special thematic session dedicated to the results of the deep analysis conducted in the two federal telecom operators.

The prepared deep analysis of telecommunications operators BH Telecom and HT Eronet remains secret. The document on the deep analysis was compiled from two reports and numbers slightly over 1,000 pages. The goal is to assess the situation in these two companies, where finances are being lost, the number of employees, whether there is a surplus or where labor is needed. The Government previously claimed that selling these operators is not in their interest and that the analysis of the situation was not done for that reason.
