Statehood is strengthened by continuous education

(Patria) - The European Academy project continued this weekend with a module in Mrkonjić Grad, and participants of this year-long educational program took the opportunity to refresh and improve their knowledge of the continuity of the statehood of Bosnia and Herzegovina through important historical facts and the anti-fascist orientation of the people in these regions.

"As the fundamental principles of the Independent Bloc prove, the European Academy project has also shown that openness and combined methods of work and education are a complete success. We have managed to impose a very concrete approach to political education on all those who want to learn something new or improve their existing knowledge in the spheres of general socio-political literacy.

Just as a craft is best learned through practical work, statehood cannot be built solely by press releases or a declarative approach. Participants of the European Academy are using this opportunity to invite all individuals, all institutions, domestic and international non-governmental organizations, for the sake of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina and our clear conscience before the generations to come, to renew and preserve all points that document the continuity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Mrkonjić Grad must be alive throughout the year, not
only when the day of ZAVNOBIH is celebrated. It will itself, with good projects, constantly invite people to visit it again and again," said Vedad Gačanović, Secretary General of the Independent Bloc.
