State Prosecutor questioned Milorad Dodik over RS referendum

A prosecutor from Department III of the BiH Prosecutor's Office questioned Milorad Dodik, President of Republika Srpska, as a suspect today, writes Patria.

Suspect Dodik is under investigation in a case related to the criminal offense of non-execution of the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH, under Article 239 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

After questioning the suspect, the acting prosecutor continues the investigation in the mentioned case.

Hearings at the BiH Prosecutor's Office began on October 10, after the Constitutional Court of BiH delivered a decision on the non-execution of their ruling. Dodik, after the Constitutional Court of BiH ruled on the unconstitutionality of January 9 as the Day of RS, organized a referendum on September 25.
