State Ministers to Discuss Personal Data Protection Today

(Patria) - The 56th session of the Council of Ministers of BiH will be held today in the BiH institutions building in Sarajevo, starting at 2 PM.

Among other things, the proposed agenda includes a new draft text of the Law on Personal Data Protection, proposed by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH.

The session also includes consideration of the new draft Report on the Work of the Council of Ministers of BiH for 2023.

Ministers will also consider the Draft Agreement on Cooperation for the Joint Implementation of the Reconstruction and Modernization Project of the Ruma - Šabac - Loznica (Republic of Serbia) - Zvornik - Tuzla - Doboj (Bosnia and Herzegovina) Railway between the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Government of the Republic of Serbia, along with a report on the negotiations held.

Also on the agenda is information on the expiry of the mandate of the acting agent of the Council of Ministers of BiH before the European Court of Human Rights.

The Proposal for an Action Plan for the Preparation, Implementation, and Dissemination of the Results of the Agricultural Census in BiH 2023-2026 will be considered, as well as information on the implementation of the Framework Law on Preschool Education and Upbringing in BiH for 2023.

State ministers will also review information on the implementation of the Framework Law on Secondary Vocational Education and Training in BiH for 2023, as well as information on the perspectives for BiH 2024-2027.
