
(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina should today consider a Draft Decision on the base amount for calculating salaries of employees in BiH institutions for 2025, proposed by the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH.
The proposed agenda, which includes 25 items, also includes a Draft Decision on appointing members of the Expert Group for participation in the work of joint working bodies for identifying and marking the state border with neighboring countries.
State ministers should also consider a new text of the Draft Rulebook on the system of mandatory marking of liquid petroleum fuels.
It is also planned to consider Information on the necessary preparatory activities for the implementation of 5G mobile networks in BiH, as well as Information on the state of public debt of BiH as of December 31, 2023.
Information on the debt of the Public Radio-Television Service of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) is also one of the planned agenda items.
The agenda should also include, among other things, the Decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH of September 19, 2024, which relates to the assessment of the constitutionality of the Law on Salaries and Other Compensations in Judicial and Prosecutorial Institutions at the level of BiH.
The Council of Ministers of BiH should give an opinion on the Draft Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH, proposed by MP in the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH Nihad Omerović, and in the second round of voting, decide on the new text of the Draft Medium-Term Work Program of the Council of Ministers of BiH for 2025-2027.
The session of the Council of Ministers of BiH will be held in Sarajevo, starting at 2:30 PM.
