On the occasion of the death of actor Muharem Osmić, the Writers' Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina expresses its deepest condolences to the Osmić family. With Muharem's passing, a great void has been left in our theatre and culture in general, reports the Patria News Agency.
We have lost an actor who played characters from our Bosnian-Herzegovinian literature with such passion and acting skill that it can be said that a piece of Bosnia left with him. We are sad, but we are also proud that the great actor Muharem Osmić had his last acting engagement at the Sarajevo Days of Poetry.
