(Patria) - The Higher Commercial Court of Banja Luka issued a second-instance verdict in favor of BHRT against RTRs. The verdict rejects the appeals and confirms the first-instance verdict.
We remind that BHRT in this case appealed exclusively regarding the costs of the proceedings, and that by the first-instance verdict, RTRs was obliged to pay BHRT the amount of 5.4 million KM and costs of the proceedings exceeding 35 thousand marks.
If RTRs fails to fulfill its obligations within 30 days, enforcement proceedings will be initiated.
