Dragan Lukač Overrides Commission's List and Makes His Own Candidate Selection for FUP Job!

A list of 15 candidates for employment in the Federal Police Administration was personally compiled by director Dragan Lukač, who ignored the list created by the Commission based on candidates' achieved results, reports the Patria agency.

Thus, out of 50 candidates, Lukač placed a candidate from the 48th position in the 15th spot, even though they had 52 points. The top 15 ranked candidates according to the Commission's assessment had scores ranging from 71 points down to 67, which was the score of the 15th person on the list.

However, Lukač did include names on his list who were far below the 15th position. He placed candidates from the 18th, 27th, 42nd, and 48th positions among the top 15. Precisely because of this, candidates who ranked 10th, 11th, 12th, and 14th on the Commission's list will not get jobs in the FUP. These candidates identified as Bosniaks. Their places were replaced by candidates who identified as Croats and one from the Others category.

Although the Commission compiled a list of the most successful candidates, Lukač clearly had other plans. After the media published one of these examples, the FUP issued a response stating that they are not an employment bureau or a social work center.

The documents we are publishing show how the FUP director, who should have retired long ago, disregarded the Commission's assessment. It is clear that the jobs will not go to the best candidates, but rather to those who are suitable, either along ethnic or political lines.
