Dragan Čović met with Marinko Čavara and Fadil Novalić

Chairman of the BiH Presidency Dragan Čović, as part of a plan to visit all levels of government in BiH, met with the President of the Federation of BiH Marinko Čavara and Prime Minister Fadil Novalić, reports Patria agency.

One of the topics of the meeting between Čović and Čavara was the functioning of government in the Federation of BiH. The interlocutors agreed that it is necessary to harmonize the positions of the government partners through conversation and open dialogue.

Dragan Čović also held a meeting with members of the Government of the Federation of BiH. 

The topic of the meeting was the problems in the work of the FBiH Government, but also other key issues, especially the Euro-Atlantic path of BiH.

Prime Minister Novalić informed Čović about how many goals have been achieved and how many laws from the Reform Agenda have been adopted, and what the further plans are regarding the fulfillment of reform obligations.

Chairman of the Presidency Čović emphasized that it is necessary to establish a positive atmosphere of cooperation between the executive and legislative authorities in the FBiH, and expressed his belief that this will be achieved with open dialogue among all partner parties.

He also stated that reform laws, harmonized with EU laws, are a priority in the near future.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Ministers of the FBiH Government Jelka Milićević, Minister of Finance and Treasury, and Vesko Drljača, Minister of Labor and Social Policy.
