ENOUGH OF IGNORING 'KRIVAJA' WORKERS IN FRONT OF THE FBiH GOVERNMENT BUILDING

(Patria) - Several dozen workers from Krivaja have gathered in front of the FBiH Government building with banners listing their demands, including the linking of service record and pension contributions as one of the rights they are seeking to have enabled.

They are specifically asking the authorities to resolve the issue of retiring workers who have met the conditions for retirement but cannot exercise this right due to unpaid contributions. Some also point out that they have not been paid numerous earned salaries.

The workers also suspect that the attempt to take over the company is illegal and demand the annulment of the sales contract between the bankruptcy trustee and the Ortačka grupa.

During today's protests, the workers emphasized that the FBiH Government has been ignoring them for years and stated that they will continue to come until their existential problem, caused by the inability to retire, is resolved.

They also announced that they will return in even greater numbers if the problem is not resolved soon.
