Đonlagić for Patria: Convention 'Bosnia is Ours - Bosnian' is Extremely Successful, Primary Task is to Preserve the State!

(Patria) - The Troika is not in power by the will of the citizens at the elections, but by the will of Schmidt, Čović and Dodik. It is best that citizens at the 2026 elections give a final judgment and assessment of how they have exercised power.

This was stated in an interview for the Patria News Agency by Dženan Đonlagić (DF), a delegate in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Đonlagić was one of those who last night attended the Convention organized under the slogan "Bosnia is Ours - Bosnian" by Krug 99 and the Association Čuvari Bosne in the congress hall of Sarajevo's Hotel "Holiday".

- The convention was extremely successful, given the presence of many citizens who are not directly involved in politics. I saw it as a continuation of raising awareness among all of us in Bosnia and Herzegovina that having and preserving one's own state is a top-priority task - says Đonlagić.

According to his words, having a vision of how the state should be organized in the future is a good start. The future of Bosnia and Herzegovina is a civic arrangement in which the individual, the person, will be protected in a new Constitution.

That, our interlocutor explains, means that all his other rights on any basis are then protected. That is how a modern, European EU and NATO member state lives, and so it will be in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- It is only important that citizens support this vision in as large numbers as possible, so that it can then be realized through institutions in a democratic atmosphere. It is worth fighting for a civic state by all democratic means for the sake of our children and future generations - emphasizes Đonlagić.

He considers it extremely important that all patriots of Bosnia and Herzegovina close ranks in these exceptionally difficult times for our homeland.

- This is actually a state-building consciousness that we need today more than ever. Only if we do it ourselves, strengthen all state institutions, the judiciary, eradicate corruption in all forms, compete based on knowledge and competencies, will we create the preconditions for others to respect and appreciate us more - states Đonlagić.

Of the total of seven parliamentary parties that the organizers invited to participate in the Convention, only three did not respond - those that make up the Troika - the Social Democratic Party (SDP) of Bosnia and Herzegovina, People and Justice (NiP), and Our Party.

- As far as I know, they were invited and no one responded, absolutely no one! If SNSD and HDZ are closer to them and if they are "disgusted" by this story, then that is their own choice - Đonlagić states.

From the Troika, regarding accusations that they have left numerous institutions, both at the state and entity level, to the destroyers and haters of our homeland, their coalition partners SNSD and HDZ, they defend themselves by saying they have sold nothing nor betrayed anything. And Đonlagić responds to them:

"All finances including the Indirect Taxation Authority (UIO) of Bosnia and Herzegovina, security, operations in the Intelligence-Security Agency (OSA) of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the civil service, the environmental fund, highways, roads, energy (FERK), Vukoja, the Agency for Medicinal Products, the Agency for Foreigners, RAK... If this is nothing, then they have no idea what the vital functions of the state are!"

Finally, he stated that the Troika is actually not in power by the will of the citizens at the elections, but by the will of High Representative Christian Schmidt and the leaders of HDZ Bosnia and Herzegovina Dragan Čović and SNSD Milorad Dodik.

- It is best that citizens at the 2026 elections give a final judgment and assessment of how they have exercised power - concluded Đonlagić in an interview for Patria.
