House of Peoples: Bill on Amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH Adopted

At today's 2nd session of the House of Peoples of the BiH PA, held under an urgent procedure, the Bill on Amendments to the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by the Club of Delegates of the Serb People, was adopted. The delegates also adopted the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Direct Foreign Investment Policy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by the BiH Council of Ministers, Patria reports.

The House of Peoples adopted, in the first reading, the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Protection of Classified Information, also proposed by the BiH Council of Ministers.

In the first reading, the Bill on Civil Aviation Obligations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by the BiH Council of Ministers, was also adopted.

Furthermore, the House adopted, in the first reading, the Bill on Customs Policy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by the BiH Council of Ministers.

Due to the lack of an entity majority, the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Salaries and Other Benefits in Judicial and Prosecutorial Institutions at the Level of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by the BiH Council of Ministers, was sent to the Collegium for harmonization.
