SARAJEVO, (Patria) - An emergency session of the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament will be held on Wednesday, December 29.
Amendments to the Law on Electricity will be adopted at this session, after the amendments were adopted by the House of Representatives last week.
These amendments will enable the FBiH Government to limit electricity prices, which was proposed by EP BiH back in early November. The price of electricity for business entities has increased by over 300 percent. If the price of electricity is not limited, numerous companies have announced layoffs, price increases for products, and the relocation of companies to the RS entity or the closure of companies.
