House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina votes on the Employment Strategy in the Federation

(Patria) - The House of Peoples of the Federal Parliament continues its session today, and will consider the Employment Strategy in the Federation, which represents a platform for reform activities and measures in the Federation in the field of employment for the period 2021-2027.

Four goals have been set to be realized in the next seven years. These include increasing personal employability and aligning skills with labor market demands. Next, promoting the capacity of private sector enterprises to create formal jobs.

The third goal is to include disadvantaged persons in the labor market through more effective active labor market policies, and the fourth goal is to strengthen labor market governance and increase capacities for policy implementation.

Relevant federal and cantonal ministries and competent institutions will be responsible for implementing these goals.
