House of Peoples on Amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH and Financial Audit of Institutions

97 items will be on the agenda for the delegates of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH tomorrow, writes the BiH news agency Patria. Thus, the delegates will vote on the Report of the Collegium Commission on efforts to reach an agreement on the Bill on Amendments to the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (first reading) proposed by the Council of Ministers of BiH.

Otherwise, this law also punishes BiH citizens going to foreign battlefields, with prison sentences of up to 10 years.

Among other things, delegates will be presented with financial reports on the work and operations of BHRT for 2013, the Report on the audit of financial reports of BHRT for 2013, the Financial Plan of BHRT and program plans for 2014, as well as reports from the Office of the Auditor General of BiH institutions on the financial operations of institutions (Communications Regulatory Agency, BiH Ombudsman, BiH Central Election Commission, Court of BiH, etc.)

The last, 97th item, is granting consent for the ratification of the Financing Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Investment Bank for renewable energy - HE Vranduk.
