The continuation of the 16th session of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH PA) is scheduled for today, and among the remaining agenda items that delegates are expected to consider are proposals for the dismissal of cadres of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) in the Collegium of the House of Peoples and in the Council of Ministers of BiH. You can follow the session on BHRT channels.
These include the Proposal for a Decision on the dismissal of the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH, Staša Košarac, and the Minister of Finance and Treasury of BiH, Srđan Amidžić, as well as the Proposal for a Decision on the dismissal of the Speaker/First Deputy Speaker/Second Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, Nikola Špirić.
The proposers of these two agenda items are delegates in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH: Nenad Vuković (PDP), Želimir Nešković (SDS), Ilija Cvitanović (HDZ 1990), Zlatko Miletić (independent delegate), and Kemal Ademović (NiP).
The proposal to dismiss SNSD cadres in the Collegium of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament and in the Council of Ministers of BiH has been put on the agenda of sessions multiple times, but delegates have not had the opportunity to vote on it.
The reason for this is that each time before the discussion of the aforementioned dismissals, the session was interrupted because delegates from the Club of the Serb People, who come from the SNSD, left, thus there was no quorum for further work and decision-making.
In addition to the aforementioned items, delegates are also expected to consider the Proposal for a Decision on the election of the first Speaker of the Commission for deciding on conflicts of interest in institutions at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the Commission's mandate period, as well as the Proposal for a Decision on the appointment of members of the State Regulatory Commission for Electric Energy from the Federation of BiH.
One of the remaining agenda items is also the Proposal for a Conclusion by delegate Nenad Vuković on the formation of an investigative commission in the "Vijadukt" case.
