House of Peoples of FBiH to convene on March 4, amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law on the agenda

(Patria) - Speaker Tomislav Martinović has convened a session of the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for March 4.

On the agenda, among other things, will be the Bill on amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law under an urgent procedure.

Also, delegates are expected to consider the Bill on amendments to the Law on settling obligations based on old foreign currency savings accounts in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina under an abbreviated procedure, the Bill on amendments to the Law on allocating and directing a portion of revenue generated by thermoelectric power plants - abbreviated procedure, and the Bill on amendments to the Law on Bankruptcy, also under an abbreviated procedure.

The proposed agenda also includes the Bill on amendments to the Law on establishing settlements and on changes in settlement names in certain municipalities - abbreviated procedure, the Bill on protection against domestic violence and violence against women in the Federation of BiH, the Bill on amendments to the Law on Misdemeanors, as well as the Bill on amendments to the Law on Enforcement Procedure.

Delegates will also discuss the Draft Law on price controls and the Draft Law on land surveying and real estate cadastre.
