HOUSE OF PEOPLES Delegates discuss representation of Bosniaks, Croats, and Serbs in BiH institutions

(Patria) - Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH Nikola Špirić has scheduled a session of the House of Peoples of the PA BiH for October 8, 2020, it was announced on the website of the BiH Parliament.

The agenda will include 24 items, among which is the Special Report on the representation of constituent peoples and others in institutions, administrative organizations, and regulatory bodies of BiH, Republika Srpska, Federation of BiH, Brčko District of BiH, and cantons of the Federation of BiH, with the exception of police and security structures, submitted by the Institution of Ombudsmen for Human Rights of BiH.

Deputies will also consider the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Misdemeanors, the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Court Fees in Proceedings before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Salaries and Other Benefits in Judicial and Prosecutorial Institutions at the Level of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Bill on Amendments to the Law on the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Ministries and Other Administrative Bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
