(Patria) - The House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH adopted the Law on Limiting the Disposal of Property to Prevent Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism, ahead of Moneyval's decision on the possible inclusion of BiH on the grey list.
The session was held after months of blockades by SNSD and HDZ.
Delegates stated that the law could have been adopted earlier, but also warned that it might not be enough, as not all conditions have been met yet, including an additional law and a register of beneficial owners.
The outcome will be known after the Moneyval expert committee session.
